Zaliv is awarded among the best employers of Crimea

The action "Success of the Year" in Crimea initiated by the Council of Ministers of Crimea allows to determine the best of the best in various spheres of life of the peninsula and it is a kind of recognition of the contribution of citizens and labor collectives into the socio-economic development of Crimea.
The 13 nominations are set by the organizing committee which involve different spheres of society's life. Screening committees of local councils during the first stage of the competition determined the principal nominees according to the categories "The Best Employer", "The Best Creative Project", "Leader of Effective Medical Care", "The Best businessman" etc. Then achievements and figures of the participants were considered in commissions of relevant ministries and committees and only after that the top three winners were determined for each nomination.
It is worth mentioning that the selection criteria were very strict and Zaliv had to provide a lot of data confirming its high levels for 2012 as an enterprise which is recommended by city council of Kerch for participation in the action in the nomination "The Best Employer".  
The jury of the competition noticed the high level of Zaliv’s social responsibility, particularly large share of the costs for creating of a safe working environment, the readiness of the enterprise for employment of young professionals and college graduates, the participation of the shipyard in life of Kerch and development of its own social programs.
As a result the shipyard became one of the leaders and occupied the second place according in the sum of the points.
